Dicor Self-Levelling Sealant

Dicor Self-Leveling Lap Sealant creates a secure, secondary seal over and along the roof edges, vents, hatches, solar panel brackets and screw heads.

Suitable EPDM, TPO and PVC membranes, it adheres to aluminum, mortar, wood, vinyl, galvanized metal, fiberglass and concrete.

• This sealant makes a very nice self-levelled finish on roofs - not suitable for walls.

Lap sealant is UV stabilized to prevent deterioration and discoloration. It will not stain or discolour the roofing material to which it is applied.

• This sealant makes it possible to create a continuous seal yet remain flexible.

We use our regular silicone to fit and adhere the part we are affixing, then use this self-levelling product to finish and complete the seal. This product is a sealant not an adhesive.

• May be painted over after outer skin has formed.

Prior to application, clean the surface of all foreign materials. Allow surface to dry. Use standard caulking equipment to apply Self-leveling Sealant. In cold weather, warm container at room temperature 16°C – 27°C.

DO NOT USE on vertical surfaces. DO NOT USE as splicing cement.

Directions for Use:


1. Clean surface of all dirt, loose paint, rust, oil and grease.
2. Allow surface to dry before applying sealant.
3. Use standard caulking gun or pumping system to apply sealant.
4. In cold weather, warm container at room temperature before use.
